Cat's out of the bag, and a&be bridal shop is officially expanding! Our Minneapolis bridal boutique is set to open in the fall and we're in search of an amazing person to manage the Minneapolis store. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, creative, fun person who will cultivate a team environment and deliver an amazing experience to each and every bride.
The position will begin in mid-June with training to take place in Denver. Of course, the end position will require that the manager live in Minneapolis!
The store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis boutique. The manager is responsible for meeting/exceeding all sales goals, overseeing the client experience to ensure that each and every client is thrilled, and the hiring, training and development of staff. The store manager reports directly to the owners.
This position may require more than 40 hours during peak sales season. As a management position there is an expectation of meeting the store demands and that hours may ebb and flow based on sales. Previous management and retail experience is required. This position is a salaried position with a bonus and the long-term potential for profit sharing.
