julia - a&bé dallas bridal stylist

who is your favorite designer?

My favorite designer changes on almost a daily basis, but I absolutely love Willowby gowns. They are so dreamy and glam!

if you could wear any gown from a&bé, which one would it be?

I'm actually an a&be bride myself! I'll be walking down the aisle in July 2019 in the Phillips gown by Rose & Williams. But I also LOVE the Galatea from Watters by Willowby - it makes all of my fairy princess dreams come true.

childhood nickname?

My name is pretty short anyways, but my parents and family friends always called me "Julia Bee" because my last name is Brewer.

any pets?

I have the cutest little tortie kitten that I brought home in July 2018. Her name is Persephone; I named her after the goddess of springtime & queen of the underworld because her nose is half orange and half black with a perfect stripe in the middle! She matches my sass and gives me a run for my money on a daily basis, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

any secret talents?

I love painting and spend a lot of my free time working on new pieces and sketching ideas for future paintings! Acrylic is my favorite medium, and I love incorporating other materials like thread & gold leaf into my pieces!

where will you find me when i'm not at a&bé?

Trying out new coffee shops and restaurants all around the metroplex! I absolutely love trying new places and getting to know Dallas better through food.

what is your favorite thing or place in dallas?

My favorite area in Dallas is the Museum District downtown. My perfect weekend plans include checking out the newest exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art and then hopping over to Klyde Warren to grab lunch from one of the food trucks!

why you will love working with me?

Because I am here for YOU! You will be seen & heard, and we will get you into the dress that makes you feel like the most beautiful & confident version of yourself for your big day. I can also promise lots of hype, creative consultation for Instagram captions & boomerang dances, and lots of laughter.
