a&bé bridal shop, a top national bridal boutique, is expanding and will be opening a Miami location! With three existing locations: Denver, Dallas, and Minneapolis, a&bé bridal shop is renowned for providing brides with a genuine, friendly experience and the coolest collection of wedding dresses.
a&bé bridal shop is looking for a boutique manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Miami boutique.The manager is responsible for meeting/exceeding all sales goals, overseeing the client experience to ensure that each and every client is thrilled, and the hiring, training, and development of staff. The store manager reports directly to the owners.
Requirements: This is a full-time, salaried position that will come with PTO and and health benefits. This position will require periodic travel and Saturdays are mandatory. The right candidate will have previous retail and sales experience, genuinely love working with customers, and have a proven history of driving success. We’re looking for a candidate who wants to be part of a growing business and who will commit to staying with our company for a long time. We love creative people, proactive people, and people with a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm. A bachelor’s degree and knowledge of other languages are a plus.
