RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:
a&bé bridal shop must be notified of the request for any returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving the dress. The dress must return to a&bé in its original condition for a refund to be granted. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the refund or exchange. a&bé will not honor any refunds on dresses that have been altered, damaged or worn.
