Real Wedding: Sheriden + Dakota :: Snowy Spring Wedding in Theia Couture

From the bride -

Dakota and I (Sheriden) got married on what we planned on being a mild spring day in April... little did we know it would turn out to be one of the snowiest days of the year! You never know in Colorado I guess! We got married on April 29th, 2017 at the Barn at Raccoon Creek in Littleton. I wore the Theia Nava gown that felt like it was made for me and a Sara Gabriel veil! The sample size fit almost perfect! It wasn't what I had in mind for my dress, but once my stylist Kelsey pulled it from the rack and helped me put it on, I knew it was it. Our colors followed along with the season we were planning for (Spring), and while we didn't have snow in mind, the day of and the photos we looked at afterwards were so bright and magical! Multiple guests commented on it feeling like a snowglobe wedding. I wanted our theme to be soft and romantic while also having rustic elements. I felt so beautiful in my gown! It was simple and modern, but also had a timeless a-line silhouette. It turned out to be such a fun wedding, with everyone dancing all night long in the cozy barn. We even had a unique father/daughter dance that incorporated different songs from different decades that had specific dance moves for them that had everyone cracking up. My little sister, who was also my maid of honor, sang our first dance song as well since she was a musical theater major which was so special! I've attached some of my favorite photos and moments from the day (hopefully they all come through okay). I'm so glad I ended up finding my perfect gown at a&be in Denver! Thanks again!
