birdie collection by alexandra grecco was inspired by and named after alexandra’s grandmother, roberta. many of alexandra’s favorite memories with birdie took place in her grandmother’s attic, playing dress up and discovering key wardrobe pieces.
the floral details found on many of the designs hint to birdie’s love of flower arranging. alexandra even selected prospect park as the venue for the collection’s editorial shoot. this iconic park is blossoming with florals and was a place birdie often visited while living in brooklyn.
