Ready to join the a&bé team? a&bé bridal shop is committed to curating the coolest collection of wedding dresses for Minneapolis brides, creating an inclusive experience tailored to the individual, and building an authentic connection with our brides!

The Minneapolis, MN location is growing and is looking to add stylists to our team. We are looking for 2 part-time stylists (2-5 days a week) as well as full-time stylists. Bridal stylists work directly with brides beginning with finding the perfect gown all the way up to the wedding day! Stylists are responsible for ensuring that the a&bé experience is delightful, managing communication with the bride, and helping style the bride’s wedding day look.

If you come work with us, you will be joining a small independently owned boutique. As a small shop, everyone does a bit of all responsibilities ensuring that the job changes daily and is always inspiring. On a day-to-day basis you may do everything from assisting brides with selection of gown and accessories, answering phones, following up with existing and potential clients, receiving and repacking merchandise, merchandising and maintaining the store, helping create social media content, and general customer assistance.

The right candidate will have previous retail/sales experience and will genuinely love working with customers. We’re looking for a candidate who wants to be part of a growing business and who will commit to staying with our company for a long time. We love creative people, proactive people, and people with a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm. Saturdays are mandatory.

Assistant Shop Manager // Dallas

a&bé bridal shop - Dallas is looking for a results-oriented, talented boss-babe to join its leadership team. For over 3 years, a&bé has been bringing Dallas brides a curated collection of cool gowns that feature whimsical, modern, free-spirited and boho styles!  

 a&bé is looking for an assistant manager to join our growing team. The assistant manager will drive a profitable, supportive, and encouraging team culture. The assistant manager should be a leader in fostering our core values as well as driving sales.  The assistant manager will report directly to the shop manager.

 Requirements: This is a full-time, salaried position that will come with vacation, sick, and health benefits. This position will require periodic travel and Saturdays are mandatory. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of previous retail and sales experience, genuinely love working with customers, and have a proven history of driving success.
