We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Support Specialist to assist with various administrative and operational tasks within our shop. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting our team, and enhancing the experience for our clients. This is a hands-on role with a focus on providing operational support for both customer service and internal processes.

You have a Megan Rapinoe level of commitment to show up for your team. Our employees have a team oriented outlook and are always looking out for each other. We each contribute to cultivating a supportive work environment.
You have a way with words. You’ll be communicating with everyone from the team to brides, so strong verbal and written communication is a must.
You have Customer Service, Retail, or Admin experience. Our employees have a range of backgrounds from retail, to restaurant gigs, to office employees!
A Day in the life of an operations support specialist:
Man the phones, email inbox, and Instagram DM’s to make sure brides have all the info they need from us
Receive shipments of brides’ dresses and inventory to make sure they are in tip-top shape
Follow up on orders and schedule dress pick ups for our brides
Maintain up-to-date records for all customers and transactions
Keep the store and office looking fresh
