We’re a small collective of 15 bridal boutiques creating the most fun bridal experience for brides looking for anything but the ordinary. We connect modern, free-spirited, & romantic brides with a curated collection of unique designers.
the role
We’re looking for a marketing director who gets our vibe — someone who can amplify our authentic, no-fuss brand while scaling our presence across all 15 locations with a lean, efficient approach. You’ll be the strategic and creative force behind campaigns that make brides stop scrolling & think "this is my place!" while utilizing analytics to drive real business results on a focused budget. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a scrappy, results-driven environment & can do more with less while still making weddings more fun for everyone. The position reports to the CEO and collaborates across all departments.
what you’ll do:
BRAND STRATEGY & VOICE.
Own our brand voice across all touchpoints — from social captions to email campaigns to in-store signage.
Keep our authentic, inclusive, & fun personality consistent while allowing each location to feel rooted in its local community.
You’ll protect what makes us special while helping us grow.
MULTI-LOCATION CAMPAIGN MAGIC.
Design integrated campaigns that work for both our flagship cities & emerging markets.
Launch new location openings (Atlanta, Boston and Charlotte are the latest locations added in 2025), coordinate seasonal promotions, & create buzz-worthy moments that get brides & their crews excited.
Think trunk shows, sample sales, & those "had to be there" experiences.
DIGITAL MARKETING THAT ACTUALLY CONNECTS & CONVERTS.
Lead our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, & beyond with a focus on organic growth & cost-effective paid campaigns.
Create content systems that showcase real brides, diverse love stories, & behind-the-scenes moments while leveraging user-generated content & micro-influencer partnerships for maximum ROI.
COMMUNITY BUILDING & EVENTS.
Develop local marketing strategies that help each shop become a pillar of their community.
Coordinate with store teams on events, partnerships, & grassroots marketing that feels genuine.
Support our Babes on a Mission giving initiative with campaigns that highlight our impact.
STRATEGIC BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Maximize every marketing dollar with data-driven decisions & creative problem-solving.
You'll manage a focused budget while finding innovative ways to amplify our reach — think partnerships over paid ads, UGC over expensive photoshoots, & smart automation over manual processes.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & SMART RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Build & lead a small but mighty marketing team (3-5 people + contractors as needed) that maximizes impact with strategic efficiency.
You'll be hands-on while developing systems & processes that scale.
Work closely with store teams to turn them into brand ambassadors & content creators, making every team member part of our marketing engine.
what WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS.
7+ years marketing experience with 3+ years leading teams.
Multi-location retail experience is strongly preferred — you understand the unique challenges of maintaining brand consistency across different markets. Bridal or special occasion retail experience is a huge plus.
TECHNICAL CHOPS
Expert-level social media management, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, & paid advertising.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, & budget management.
Comfortable with design tools & able to art direct creative projects.
THE RIGHT ENERGY
You're naturally authentic, genuinely inclusive, & have an eye for what makes content shareable.
You understand millennial & Gen Z communication styles & can create marketing that feels like a conversation with your best friend.
You're scrappy, resourceful, & can make magic happen with limited resources.
PRACTICAL SKILLS
Strong project management abilities with experience juggling multiple campaigns across different locations on tight budgets.
Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership & collaborating with store teams.
Comfortable with managing a remote team and previous experience with project management systems.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary with performance bonuses tied to growth metrics. Total estimated compensation is $120,000 - $140,000.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This is a partial remote position with structured Monday-Friday business hours (flexibility within time zones). We have a strong preference for candidates based in Dallas or Denver, as regular in-person visits to one of our home stores will be required for store visits and content creation — at the candidate’s own expense. However, we will consider exceptional candidates in other markets, provided they can commit to this regular schedule. Additional travel may also be required for photoshoots, market research, team collaboration, and more.
