Candace + Tim
From the bride:
On September 4, 2015, my now husband, Tim, and I got married at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our wedding can be described as mountain chic: lavender and champagne were the colors, decor was a simple rustic chic, and each table was named after a 14,000 foot mountain in Colorado that Tim and I and our dog, Tanks, hiked together. I wore a Nicole Miller dress I bought from A and Be in Denver, and absolutely loved wearing it - super comfortable, and stunning for my body type. We had 130 of our closest friends and family there to help us celebrate on Peak 8 of Breckenridge Ski Resort surrounded by woods, and 10,000 foot plus mountains. Our wedding started with an outside ceremony, with our very dear friend as our officiant, and ended with a sparkler exit. Our wedding was especially emotional because my husband, Tim Bruns, is an avid hiker and was hiking Everest Base Camp in Nepal during the Earthquake earlier last year and survived. Our wedding brought together our most near and dear people in our lives to not only celebrate our marriage and our love, but to celebrate Tim’s courage and survival.
