Real Wedding: Aleah + Eli

From the bride:

Eli and I were married on May 30 at my parents' house in Wilmington, North Carolina (and they happen to have a stunning backyard on the Intracoastal Waterway near Carolina Beach...).  Our former Peace Corps boss officiated the ceremony, and we each put together thoughtful, meaningful words.  We planned the wedding as we wanted, without worrying much about what was expected.  This involved Indian food and a bluegrass band, and it was perfect.  I think one of the best parts about it all was seeing and feeling everybody else having such a good time around us - it was about more than just Eli and myself, really a celebration and a reminder of love.  It was an absolutely beautiful weekend.
