Real Wedding: Gretchen + Duncan

From the bride:

We were married at Perry Mansfield in Steamboat Springs, CO on September 6th. Perry Mansfield is a beautiful ranch with views of the mountain that has been the site of a performing arts summer camp since 1913. The bride's parents live in Steamboat and the groom's aunt actually taught at Perry Mansfield many years ago, making it a meaningful venue for both families. We had the property for the whole of Labor Day weekend so all of our friends were able to come and stay in cute little A-frame cabins on the site. We were married the Apsen Grove by Duncan's doctoral advisor and then headed over to the main pavilion for drinks dinner and dancing. It rained the three days prior to the wedding and then we had absolutely perfect weather! The groom's father emigrated from Scotland in the 1980's so we thought we'd go all out with the kilts, which were actually chosen by the groom's sister-in-law for their wedding in 2013.
