Real Wedding: Sara + Scott

From the bride:

The day couldn’t have turned out any better!!  We were blessed with rain in the morning while getting ready - which we are completely okay with since it brings good luck.  It was supposed to rain into the evening, but we were lucky to have the storm go around us.  Which made for a cool backdrop with lightening in the background of the beautiful golf course.  To see everything come together was so amazing - we were surrounded with so much love, support and help.  Since we did not have a wedding planner our dear family and friends ensured the day went off without a hitch.  

Our ceremony was at 5:30 in the evening on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend (9/6/2015).  Immediately followed by a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and acoustic music from the very talented Ozzy Harris.  After the cocktail hour, dinner was served - we offered a beef tenderloin, pecan encrusted walleye or a Minnesota chicken breast… All entrees were out of this world and raved about by all of our guests.  We enjoyed the company of our guests then danced the night away to some fun, oldies and newbies.  Ending the night with a sparkler send off! 

It was an amazing day and everything that we dreamed of.  Would love to do it all over again next year!
