we’ve seen quite a few mountainside elopements in our day, but the color, charm, and allover coolness of #aandbabe julia and bryan’s olympic national park wedding caught us off guard in the best kind of way. we weren’t prepared for the wooded wonderland we were about to enter as we opened this gallery and were floored by all the fun forest frolics. julia and bryan seem to bring a sense of awe and charisma with every step they take together and we loved seeing them celebrate their commitment to one of life's greatest adventures.
as if their big day wasn’t beautiful enough, julia’s explanation of their may 7th, wedding date was beyond special. “our date we chose was to honor what would have been my grandparent’s 77th wedding anniversary after my grammy’s passing this winter.” she goes on to reminisce about just what their wedding day entailed. "we played on the rocks on the coast, brunched in the woods, visited a waterfall, scaled a mountain to say our vows, and wouldn’t have spent it any other way.”
julia looked ethereal in ‘armeria’ by alena leena, but we can’t give her all the credit for this stunning bridal look. julia’s 5 year old son picked out the ‘helena duet’ by sara gabriel and ‘bette earrings’ by ab ellie that completed his mom’s wedding day style.
an intimate family affair that took their love to new heights. we know this fun-loving couple is destined for a lifetime of scenic views… with a rainbow or two, no doubt!
