from our east coast bridal shop in raleigh, north carolina, to the great smoky mountains of tennessee, #aandbabe lindsay and garret’s mountaintop wedding was cozy and cool. their love story started by meeting a mutual friend’s house party. much like their meet cute, lindsay and garret’s wedding day was relaxed and full of celebration!

being one with nature was important for lindsay and garret. their vision for an elegant mountain wedding venue in tennessee included luxury amenities and plenty of natural beauty. upon admiring the breathtaking vistas and lush forests surrounding the trillium venue, lindsay and garret were smitten.

calm wedding day and rustic bridal suite

on the day of their wedding, lindsay and garret made the most of the venue’s scenic views. lindsay got ready in a rustic bridal suite with her closest friends and family. wearing a long lace bridal robe, lindsay enjoyed the views from her suite’s windows and took bridal photos before changing into her alena leena wedding dress.

when it came time for lindsay to change into her bridal gown, she walked up to the window where her alena leena wedding dress was hanging on a custom wedding hanger. lindsay had discovered this tulle wedding gown at a&bé raleigh bridal shop. loving the gown’s structured corset top and statement tulle sleeves, lindsay knew ‘armeria’ by alena leena would be an ideal mix of timeless bridal style and whimsy. exuding an airy, romantic feel this eye-catching pleated tulle wedding gown coordinated with the venue’s natural surroundings.

simple ballet tulle veil by sara gabriel

since lindsay opted for a textured tulle wedding dress, she decided to wear a simple ballet tulle veil to finish off her wedding look. selecting ‘donna veil’ by sara gabriel, lindsay’s old hollywood waves bridal hairstyle perfectly held this minimal wedding veil in place.

majestic mountaintop wedding ceremony

lindsay and garret exchanged vows during a majestic mountaintop wedding ceremony. blending contemporary design with rustic charm, their wedding ceremony took place on a polished concrete patio that looked out onto the vast mountain range. wooden cross-back chairs were organized to create a minimal aisleway that blended with the beautiful surroundings. keeping their ceremony decor simple, lindsay and garret focused on small touches of florals to provide color and further visual interest.

intimate wedding dinner with mountain views

after their outdoor mountain wedding ceremony, everyone was seated in the trillium venue’s grand hall. boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, this serene dinner space was ideal for mingling with guests and getting the second part of the wedding celebration kicked off!

dried foliage and dusty pink roses decorated the wedding reception tables. with moody accents like vintage glass goblets, golden flatware, printed fabric napkins, and more, the ambience of their reception dinner felt opulent and vintage-inspired.

slipping into a second wedding look, lindsay opted for a reception dress that fit the moody vibes of their romantic wedding reception. keeping her tulle wedding dress in mind, she donned a strapless black bridal mini dress with tulle layers.

dancing the night away, lindsay and garret had the best time celebrating with their loved ones. when it came time for their bubble wedding exit, they happily made their way through the crowd, taking their final wedding day photos before departing. thankful for their stunning smoky mountains wedding day and the truly extraordinary experience their serene venue provided, lindsay, garret, and their guests, created memories that will last a lifetime.
