THE EMERSON VENUE
if a contemporary country wedding theme is what you’re after, you’re on the right track! our most recent styled shoot at the emerson venue, brought country western whimsy with a modern bridal flair. mixing some of our favorite wedding trends with the rustic charm of this kaufman county event venue.
kicking off the big day in the emerson’s epic little white chapel, this minimal wedding venue complimented the shoot's modern wedding aesthetic. while every element of this space is serene and crisp, the altar is the focal point of the entire room. vaulted ceilings draw the eye up as do the three main arch windows behind the altar. the walls are painted in a neutral color in a lime wash-like texture.
the pews of this pristine chapel are a light wood and the cement floors gleam with fresh polish. brass wall sconces can be seen on either side of the altar’s arched windows and a tiered sea glass chandelier hangs delicately above. designed by hgtv’s leanne ford, this clean wedding chapel is cozy and chic.

from oversized disco balls perched beside a bouclé bench to miniature disco balls next to a mini wedding cake, mirror balls added to the allure of this disco themed wedding. reflecting in various wedding photos and adding unique texture to images, we love the simple use of disco balls that went into making this retro rustic wedding day.
WHITE WEDDING BOUQUET
texture and adventure was the inspiration behind olive grove design’s stunning wedding bouquet. an explosion of white flowers and light green stems made up this unique wedding bouquet and wedding table arrangements. baby’s breath blended with tiny disco balls and golden flatware to create a metallic tablescape that felt free and elegant.
