HERE’S THE RUNDOWN:
once ordered, wedding gown preservation co. will send a shipping label, gown box, and additional material to you. after filling out the paperwork, apply the stain stickers to mark areas you think need the most attention and prepare the package for shipment.
after shipping the package via ups, wait 4-6 weeks. following the 4-6 week wait, receive the cleaned and preserved wedding dress and veil back. cheers!

can i clean my wedding dress with you even if i didn’t purchase my wedding dress at your store?
yes! even if you didn’t purchase your wedding dress from a&bé bridal shop, you are more than welcome to use these services!
can i drop my wedding dress off at one of your locations for dress cleaning pick up?
no, at this time, our wedding dress cleaning and preservation packages are offered exclusively online. our bridal shops will not be able to assist you with the shipping of your dress for the cleaning and preservation process.
can i clean my veil with either of these services?
yes, wedding gown preservation co. does clean and preserve veils as well as wedding dresses.
is it an additional cost to clean and preserve my veil?
no, the cost of veil cleaning is included in the package price. if you select the preservation service, your veil will be preserved as well as cleaned.
