CITRUS ORCHARD WEDDING VENUE NEAR SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA

#aandbabe liz and chris shared snippets of their love story that left us laughing and even more in awe of their charming winter wedding in california. enjoying an outdoor wedding ceremony on the lawn of their flower farm inn wedding venue, liz and chris stood in front of their wooden ceremony arch and promised each other forever.

after grabbing bride and groom portraits, everyone entered the venue’s barn for an evening of celebration and food. the rustic reception space was full of decorated round tables and leafy chandeliers hanging overhead. at each place setting, guests found a boxed wedding favor and a custom wedding napkin.



ARTISTIC WEDDING TOUCHES

both being fans of marvel movies, liz’s illustrator background came in handy when creating artwork for their wedding signage. not only did liz make a custom logo they prominently displayed, but she also crafted a unique piece of art for the two of them. “we love spider-man so naturally i drew us as peter parker and mj”. stopping at nothing to make sure every detail was thought of, liz’s artsy wedding decor added such a meaningful touch.



FUN A-LINE OUTDOOR WEDDING DRESS

liz and chris' first date may have started with these two both showing up in jean jackets, but they opted for a different matching look on their wedding day… sunglasses.

looking badass in their bold wedding sunglasses, chris’ floral pattern tie matched liz’s sweet eucalyptus leaf bridal bouquet. standing back to back and smiling with sunglasses on, you can tell how smitten these two are with each other.

liz wore ‘aquarius’ by vagabond and paired it with sara gabriel’s ‘maxine veil’. the crisp satin material and flowy silhouette of vagabond’s aquarius wedding dress is traditional, while the wide waistband detail and deep v-neckline are distinctly modern. with the scatter crystal embellishment of liz’s long tulle veil and vintage silver bridal accessories, liz sparkled throughout her big day. her delicate drop necklace perfectly accented the gown’s plunging neckline and her jeweled bridal comb completed her elegant bridal look.

VINEYARD WEDDING VENUE IN COOL, CALIFORNIA

#aandbabe heidi and josue were married in october 2020 and celebrated with a reception a year later. their october wedding celebrations in california included spectacular views of gold country hillsides, vineyards, and olive orchards. their intimate vista view elopement was followed by an al fresco plated wedding dinner overlooking their luxury wedding venue’s infinity pool.

heidi and josue toasted to their marriage with wine in hand. walking along black oak mountain vineyard’s 150 acre property, they took bride and groom photos on the garden rooftop before joining their guests to watch the sunset at cozy fire pits positioned to look out over the valley.

from patent leather shoes to dried monotone wedding flowers, heidi and josue’s minimal wedding design was contemporary. the whimsical white twigs springing from heidi’s neutral wedding bouquet complimented her modern bridal style.

SIMPLE FITTED WINERY WEDDING DRESS

wearing ’sydney’ by alyssa kristin, heidi’s classic wedding dress was true to their wedding vision. with an elegant square neckline, thick straps, and covered buttons down the zipper, every traditional bridal detail looked perfectly polished.

continuing with the understated elegance her wedding gown exuded, heidi’s bridal accessories were also simple. she selected sara gabriel’s ‘dahlia veil’ to add a little bit of lace to this all crepe wedding look. the fingertip length mantilla veil with lace trim was a delicate finish and framed the gown’s figure-hugging silhouette perfectly.

not only was heidi’s veil unique, but so was her pearl bridal jewelry. wearing gold pearl drop earrings and a pearl pendant necklace for the wedding ceremony, heidi later changed into pearl hoop earrings for the reception.
