normally, we here at a&bé feel pretty dang lucky to spend our days with kick-ass brides, surrounded by unique dresses & sharing one of the most special days of your life with you.
in 2017, we decided that in all of that there had to be a way to make a positive impact in the lives of women in our community at large and so Babes on a Mission was born and we started donating a portion of every sale to women-focused organizations.
in 2020, we are taking steps towards educating ourselves and our a&babe team on the work we can do to support the Black community. as a result of this ongoing education, our efforts have evolved to specifically support more women of color with our dollars. two of the original BOAM organizations, Planned Parenthood and Girls Inc. have remained but in an effort to concentrate our giving, we narrowed down from 6 to 4 organizations and added in Loveland Foundation and ACLU as a result of this education. donating to women-focused organizations is just one step in many we look forward to making as Babes on a Mission who support women with our actions and our dollars.
we realize that there is so much happening in the world around us beyond the magical experience of wedding dress shopping. that's why a&bé is committed to spreading the love within our community & across the nation by financially supporting organizations that are working relentlessly to make a difference and we know our #aandbabes are too. we love you, babes. learn about our values & why community means so much to us and are values that drive us here.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
when you officially become an a&babe at any location & on any day of the year you will automatically join us in this mission by having a percentage of your gown & accessories sales donated to an amazing organization that supports women.
it's that simple. find your dress. spread the love. we're so excited for you to join us as #aandbabes on a mission.
we also encourage those who can and with a heart to do so to make personal donations to these charities that we so strongly believe in.
We gave over $62,000 through Babes on a Mission in 2022 alone.

a&bé bridal shop is standing with this group of organizations that all have a focus on supporting women & we are so excited to give to them throughout the year through a percentage of sales.
is a guardian of our nation's liberty. ACLU works in our courts, in the legislature, and in communities to defend and preserve rights and liberties so they may be guaranteed to everyone in this country. they tackle the toughest civil liberties cases and issues including but not limited to — mass incarceration, full equality for LGBTQIA+ people, and the right and access to vote.
makes it possible for Black women and girls nationally to receive therapy support. their effort to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, contributes to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities they serve.
delivers vital reproductive health care, sex education, & information to millions of people worldwide.
delivers life-changing programs & experiences that equip girls to overcome serious barriers to grow up strong, smart & bold.
